Purpose of the role As the Senior Wholesale Account Executive, you will be responsible for supporting our wholesale partners and identifying business opportunities within the wholesale market. You will play a pivotal role in developing relationships, managing sales, product assortment building and ensuring brand consistency across wholesale partners. Responsibilities Manage and nurture relationships with wholesale accounts, ensuring exceptional service and support in their sales growth and customer satisfaction. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve healthy sales targets Collaborate closely with the sales team to coordinate sales efforts, showroom activities, and product reveals. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and challenges, providing actionable insights to inform decision-making. Work closely with the communication team to develop communication plans which are structured for wholesale to ensure a strong brand identity is clear through the partners. Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to senior management. Work in close coordination with the visual merchandising team to ensure that all wholesale partners accurately represent the brand’s aesthetic, maintaining consistency in visual identity across all sales channels. Minimum 5-6 years’ experience in wholesale management within the luxury fashion industry, with a track record of success in driving sales and building strategic partnerships Experience working with major department stores is essential Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade key stakeholders. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software (e.g., JOOR). Flexibility to travel as needed to meet with wholesale partners and attend industry events.
