Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee operations in our establishment. Duties
1. Supervise daily operations of the restaurant or hotel to ensure smooth functioning.

3. Oversee food production processes, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and standards.
4. Train and develop team members in their roles, focusing on enhancing skills related to kitchen operations and customer service.
5. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
6. Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery across the establishment.
8. Implement strategies for improving operational efficiency and enhancing guest experiences.
Requirements
1. Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality sector.
2. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
3. Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
4. Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail in all aspects of operations.
5. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
6. Proficient in kitchen operations, including food production techniques and supervising staff effectively.
