Thales in the UK are partnering with JustIT to offer their Skills Bootcamp candidates the opportunity to apply for five Apprenticeship positions for our IT service desk, and build a rotational hiring funnel for the future. The aim of the role is to provide exceptional user service for technology related issues with a “Here to Help” mentality. The individual will be responsible for accurately managing troubleshooting and performing computer related processes. You will have the ability to install computers and peripheral equipment and have the responsibility to ensure that the IS/IT provided tools run smoothly. What we ask of applicants: - Currently completing JustIT skills bootcamp - Due to Security Clearance restrictions, all applicants must have spent the l ast 5 years in the UK - This is an o ffice based role, so travel to the Thales Doncaster site is required - Expectation that successful individual will start an apprenticeship, supported by Thales, in September 2025 - Maths and English GCSE (or equivalent ) - Keen interest in IT support and a career in Thales UK - Demonstrable experience in customer service, providing exceptional user experience and ability to problem solve customer queries This is a closed programme, unfortunately we are unable to consider any other applicants for this role outside of the JustIT programme.
