CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE
Location: East Yorkshire
Salary Circa £27K + 20 days holidays + employee benefit scheme + pension

Due to growth and increase in demand they are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their busy team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced candidate within the customer service field, not afraid to answer phones, attend to customer enquiries/queries, have the ability to work on SAP processing orders etc.
The main focus is the ability to professionally deal with customer enquiries even the challenging ones! To be self-motivated and a problem solver.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
Telephone calls and visitors
Point of contact for inbound calls
Handle general enquiries (price / stock / product etc.)
General Admin
Respond to email enquiries
Resolve proof of purchase enquiries
General admin and reception duties
Enter and process orders received daily
Support the administration of Back order and Standing order systems
Receiving, recording and processing sales orders
Administer, manage and enhance current customer base and sales
Maintain a high level of customer service
Ability to adapt and adopt new processes and remain calm to customers and colleagues under pressure
Previous Customer Service / Spreadsheet /Order Entry experience an advantage
An understanding and previous experience of computer skills absolutely essential
Good administrative skillsKey Requirements will be experience in a customer service role in the packaging industry or similar / plus experience working with SAP
