The Role
As a Business Development Manager, you will spearhead our efforts to expand our partnerships with letting agents across the UK. Your goal is to increase brand awareness, generate new business, and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders in the industry.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Developing new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, including calls, emails, and social media engagement.
* Building and managing a robust sales pipeline using our CRM system.
* Conducting needs assessments to understand the specific challenges of potential clients and offering tailored solutions through our Homebox services.
* Presenting product demonstrations and closing deals.
* Achieving monthly targets for qualified leads and successful conversions.
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
* Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction while hitting sales targets and earning incentives.
Experience & Skills
* Proven experience in a business development or sales role within the property, estate agency, or related sectors.
* Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Strong outbound communication skills (phone, email, and social).
* Ability to qualify prospects and engage in consultative selling.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and adept at building long-term client relationships.
* Knowledge of the property or utilities market is a plus.
