The client works on a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, retail, and infrastructure developments, with their planning team providing end-to-end services covering site appraisals, development promotion, planning applications, and appeals.
The Position as a Principal Planner
The position as a Principal Planner is for a proactive individual with a personable attitude. The successful candidate will have an excellent opportunity to further progress their career and work on exciting projects The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading major planning projects, providing strategic advice, and driving the growth of our planning division. Essential Requirements for the Principal Planner Position
* RTPI accredited town planning degree or relevant (RTPI)
* Demonstrable relevant experience.
* Member of the RTPI
* Proven track record of managing complex planning projects and securing planning consent.
* Have good communication and an enthusiastic mentality
* Ability to work in a fast-faced environment
