Customer Service Advisor – Glasgow
About the Role
We are seeking a friendly and proactive Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Glasgow. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a vital role in creating a positive experience by assisting clients, managing enquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring excellent service. This position is perfect for someone with strong communication skills, a cheerful attitude, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide a warm and professional welcome to customers upon arrival.
* Handle incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate team or individual.
* Keep customers informed about the progress of their repairs or inquiries.
* Accurately update the CRM system with relevant details.
* Assist customers with their questions, concerns, and feedback.
* Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting reception area.
* Perform administrative tasks such as filing and record maintenance.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in customer service or as a receptionist is preferred.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and remain organised in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in basic computer applications, especially Microsoft Office.
* Attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
* Professional and calm demeanor under pressure.
* Knowledge of automotive services is advantageous but not required.
