The successful candidate will provide comprehensive and confidential administrative support to the Headteacher, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Headteacher's office.

We're seeking a highly motivated and exceptionally organised Personal Assistant to join our team and provide critical, high-level support to our Headteacher. This role goes beyond traditional administrative duties. You'll be the linchpin of the Headteacher's office, acting as a trusted confidante and strategic partner. You'll play a vital role in ensuring the seamless flow of communication and information, enabling the Headteacher to focus on leading the school towards its ambitious goals.
The successful candidate will be empowered to take ownership of complex administrative tasks, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach.
You'll be responsible for managing a demanding and ever-changing schedule, requiring flexibility, resilience, and the ability to prioritise effectively.
