Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Head of HR to work collaboratively with all parts of the business, implementing a world-class HR service, and focusing on talent management to attract and retain the best talent in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement a world-class HR service, working collaboratively with all parts of the business.
* Lead talent management efforts to attract and retain the best talent in the market.
* Support ongoing organisation development, including change programmes and resourcing standards.
* Drive the learning and development strategy to meet future business needs.
* Support succession planning to develop internal talent.
* Develop and implement an exceptional people strategy, embedding a truly exceptional culture.
Requirements:
* 5+ years' experience in a Senior HR Manager role, with proven experience of exceptional HR delivery.
* Proven track record of designing successful talent management strategy.
* People Management experience, with a proven track record of developing team members.
* Experience of performance management at all levels.
* Degree in a relevant discipline and CIPD Level 5 qualification.
* Experience working in a complex environment.
* Extensive employee relations experience, combined with strong legislation knowledge.
* Proven track of delivering commercial results.
