If you are looking for a new challenge, this role is a Permanent Full Time position in our Omagh branch with full training provided. We’re looking for positive customer service professionals - some previous experience would be great, but more important will be your passion for customer service, natural talent for connecting with people, quick problem-solving ability as well as great communication and computer skills. Do you know someone in AXA because Refer A Friend payment applies What you’ll be doing: You’ll spend your time in a local branch office, engaging with our customers face to face, identifying and meeting their needs, across new business and renewals, as well as other service-related interactions. Together with other branch colleagues, you may occasionally be involved in external business development activities, promoting AXA across various community and business initiatives. Salary: A competitive base salary of £23,400. Working Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week. Induction & Training: You’ll receive a comprehensive induction and benefit from a structured training programme with one of our specialist Trainers. We'll give you all the training and support you need to become a confident and skilled Representative, including continual development of your technical knowledge and interpersonal skills. Training is 5 weeks full time. As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorized to work in Ireland and/or the United Kingdom.
