Job Advert Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated, dynamic, and experienced Speciality Doctor to join our permanent team full time. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide high-quality psychiatric care within a supportive, multidisciplinary environment. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping patient care and contributing to the ongoing success of our service.
Roles within this job are dedicated to providing high quality clinical care for patients referred to and using the services of the hospital. You will work both autonomously and closely with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure that clients receive a holistic and person-centric care and treatment programme based on the recovery model.
• Day to day clinical care for patients on the wards, psychiatric and physical health.
• Attending multidisciplinary ward rounds
• Admission psychiatric assessments, provisional diagnoses and commencing treatment under consultant supervision
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, therapists, and nursing staff.
• Engage in clinical governance and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant clinical guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Commit to ongoing professional development and meet Revalidation requirements.
