About TPS

What will you be doing?
As Centre Manager, you will lead, manage, and motivate your TPS team to meet business goals and objectives, ensure excellent customer service, develop strategic plans, and oversee all operational processes to run a successful TPS Centre.
* Achieve Centre targets and business objectives
* Translate overall sales targets into departmental goals and set challenging yet achievable objectives with first-line management
* Motivate, recognize, and incentivize the team
* Create Personal Development Plans, monitor progress, and provide developmental or corrective support as needed
* Develop a Manpower Plan and implement a succession plan for your centre
* Foster a customer-centric culture within the business
* Maintain high customer satisfaction levels through team performance
* Work within the sales strategy to increase revenues by devising and executing sales plans
* Monitor business performance regularly, identify improvement opportunities, and take corrective actions
* Analyze market data to understand sales opportunities
* Achieve business plan and budget targets, controlling costs within set parameters, including Gross Margin levels
* Ensure compliance with business standards, financial, legal, and ethical guidelines, including Warranty policies
* Maintain effective stakeholder relationships
* Ensure the security of stock and premises
