Job Description
As a Sales Order Processor, you will be handling inbound calls, taking orders, and inputting them onto the system, ensuring the highest level of service and a smooth process for the customer.
You will be the point of contact for the sale for each customer from start to finish, providing support on pricing, stock availability, and updating on the status of the order.
The role will involve handling any administrative duties required for the department and keeping customer details updated alongside maintaining records.
The Successful Applicant
Previous order processing/customer service experience.
Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
An excellent team player.
