Experience in a warehouse environment (or something similar like logistics, stock management, or distribution centres) is a big plus. If you’ve tackled tasks like inventory control, order picking and packing, or maintaining warehouse equipment you’ll be well prepared for this role. A forklift truck licence would be beneficial, though not essential, but a full driving licence is required as you’ll need to travel to our offices across South Wales to manage deliveries and stock. We’re especially interested in people with: Experience in a warehouse or stock control role Confidence to work independently Experience driving commercial vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes Good IT literacy and experience with stock control systems Strong time-keeping skills and attention to detail What you’ll be doing… Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, this role is key to ensuring smooth operations. From picking and packing orders for our field engineering teams to managing stock for customer dispatch and processing returns, you’ll have a hand in it all. You’ll also transport materials across South Wales, working closely with both internal field teams and subcontractors to make sure supplies get where they’re needed. Your typical week will run Monday to Friday, 8:30-5:00, at our St Clears facility. Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Using inventory systems to track goods receipt and dispatch Coordinating with departments on special deliveries Assisting the warehouse supervisor in prioritising tasks Optimising space and safely handling equipment Receiving deliveries and scanning equipment into storage Keeping inventory systems up-to-date and accurate Upholding high standards in health, safety, hygiene, and security Full training will be provided, and you'll be part of a supportive, hands-on team.
