Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (45-minute lunch break)

Role Overview:
As a Telesales Lead Generator (SDR), your primary responsibility will be to identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities within the automotive and number plate sectors. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers, engaging with them over the phone to build relationships, understand their needs, and effectively introduce our products and services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys outbound sales, working towards targets, and helping to drive business growth in a key market sector.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for the field sales team.
2. Maintain an in-depth understanding of our product offerings and the number plate industry to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.
3. Build rapport with leads, uncover their needs, and offer tailored solutions through a consultative sales approach.
4. Accurately input and track leads, prospects, and customer interactions in the company CRM system. Ensure all follow-ups and communications are logged effectively.
5. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team.
6. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth transitions of qualified leads and enhance the customer journey.
7. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to ensure you are always able to provide the best solutions to prospects.
8. Provide regular updates and reports on lead generation activities, conversion rates, and performance against targets.
Key Requirements:
1. Previous experience in telesales, B2B sales, or lead generation (preferably within the automotive or manufacturing sectors) is desirable.
2. Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively and professionally.
3. Proven ability to generate leads, close sales, and achieve targets through outbound calling and prospecting.
4. Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track and manage leads effectively.
5. A self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
6. Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with different departments to achieve overall business goals.
7. Excellent time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
