The Transformation Directorate works across the Norfolk and Norwich Hospitals Trust supporting the development, delivery and monitoring of the transformation programmes. The team supports project leads in the development of their plans and acts as a hub for knowledge on programme and project management. The Team assists with the delivery of these programmes and projects through tracking of milestones and KPIs, reporting of key risks and escalating issues to a senior level where necessary.

The key administrative supporting role for supporting the innovation and transformation work across the trust. To be part of the team working on wide scale service improvement and change supporting the Best Care for Every Patient programme and the Trust’s Cost Improvement Programme.
To create and maintain strong relationships with project members across the organisation to ensure smooth planning and running of projects.
To provide critical day-to-day administrative support to the teams’ members within the Innovation & Transformation team and the Programme Management Office.

1.Provide administrative support to project managers, and resolve day-to-day problems independently
2. Act as the point of contact for enquiries from project teams
3. Work effectively as part of a team, and autonomously within own project area
4. Use knowledge of administrative procedures and practices to support the Improvement Team, including competent use of a range of IT applications to promote efficiency and high quality of work
5. Use experience of data extraction, report creation and analytical skills to support the Improvement Team to provide an accurate, efficient and proactive service
