SOCIAL MEDIA EXECUTIVE

As a Social Media Executive you would play an important role working with a range of different team members and across multiple accounts, managing content planning, copywriting, creative content and scheduling, whilst staying on top of the latest trends and tools. You will have good knowledge of social platforms and running creative digital campaigns and will use this to maximize existing client accounts and help support new business.
Your working day would be filled with variety, from creating content to monitoring paid social and supporting client teams. This is an opportunity to be immersed in a range of work, across a number of clients within a flexible, aspiring, supportive and transparent environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience working for clients on their social and digital needs and will have a passion for all things social.
What will you be doing? We’re looking for someone who will be:
* Supporting with the delivery of social media campaigns for multiple accounts/clients - from content planning and scheduling, through to community engagement and monitoring
* Creating and implementing innovative and engaging content to represent client brands' values and messaging
* Working with the Account Manager to support client contact day to day – including attending and contributing to meetings
* Implementing and monitoring paid social, supporting AMs on boosting and paid strategy
* Supporting influencer campaigns/relationships
* Effectively copywriting for social and digital channels – strong writing skills are important
* Producing regular reporting, working with the AM to report back to clients on performance
* Supporting Account Managers with developing and implementing digital and social strategies at a corporate and campaign level
* Creating content, with experience of Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
* Ensuring brand guidelines and tone of voice are implemented and consistent across channels
* Thinking ‘Out of the box’
What are you like – what have you done and what more can you do?
Ideally, you would have around a year’s experience at an agency or in-house environment and are familiar and comfortable working with social media.
You will have:
* A passion and deep knowledge of social media, including an understanding of emerging platforms and trends, CMS and campaign management
* Your finger on the pulse of new social trends
* Track record of managing multiple social media accounts for different clients
* Experience of supporting the development and execution of social/digital strategy as part of a wider team
* Experience of managing and optimizing paid social, from post boosting to paid ads, including managing small budgets
* Ability to create image and video content, with experience of Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
* Experience of reporting on channel performance and presenting to clients/senior staff
* Creative flair and an eye for detail and design
* Copywriting experience, optimized for social and digital channels
* Experience of influencer management (providing examples of influencer-led campaign activations)
* Knowledge and some experience of web management and integrated campaigns between social and digital (not essential!)
* Some experience with issue management – strength in understanding, condensing and communicating complex issues
* An interest in the built environment is ideal
