The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. Our focus is to continually champion and optimize TikTok LIVE through working with creators to ensure a creative, fun and safe space for all of our users.
Key Responsibilities:
1. In collaboration with our Strategy team, create and deploy the strategy to mobilize Emerging Creators in the RO market to meet Emerging Revenue & Growth targets.
2. Define strategies & operational actions for different creator layers (not going LIVE, have gone LIVE recently, very low income, mid income, etc). Monitor overall revenue growth and meet monthly targets.
3. Coordinate creation & deployment of video ads to promote going LIVE against defined layers.
4. Create educational plans for Emerging creators, deciding on education types (text, video, webinar, email), creating a monthly schedule, and deploying.
5. Build an Emerging Creators Community, decide on the best channel, and be the 'face' of the Community.
6. Create, configure and launch Campaigns (Competitions) specifically tailored for the RO market with rewards.
7. Analyze campaign performance and present findings, identifying trends and patterns.
8. Help create and monitor revenue growth strategies.
9. Collaborate with Revenue, Strategy, Product, and Marketing to deploy all above activities.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
1. 4+ years of working experience in Strategy/Growth/Education/Creator Management roles, preferably on a Tech or Content Platform.
2. Strong project management and organization skills.
3. Comfortable reading & manipulating data on a daily basis. Able to generate hypotheses from data, and continuously iterate approach.
4. Fluent Romanian speaker to communicate with Romanian creators.
5. Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Proven ability to adapt well to a startup environment, juggle multiple tasks, and wear different hats.
2. Understanding and previous experience working within the livestream ecosystem and applications preferred.
3. Bachelor's degree.
