Evening Care Assistant – Full and Part Time Hours Available

We are currently seeking caring and compassionate individuals to join our team of Evening Care Assistants. This role offers you the opportunity to provide one-on-one care for older adults in the comfort of their own homes during the evening hours.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As an Evening Care Assistant, you’ll play an essential role in supporting older adults with a variety of tasks, which may include:
* Personal Care: Assisting with evening hygiene routines, dressing, and mobility.
* Meal Support: Preparing evening meals and offering assistance with feeding if needed.
* Medication Assistance: Helping clients with their evening medications.
* Companionship: Providing friendly conversation, emotional support, and building meaningful connections.
* Social Outings: Supporting clients to attend afternoon or evening appointments or activities, where necessary.
With a minimum visit time of one hour per client, you'll have the time to develop meaningful relationships and provide the best possible care.

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
You don’t need prior experience in care – we’ll provide all the training you need! However, a genuine passion for supporting older people is essential. What’s most important is that you:
* Are compassionate and enjoy helping others.
* Have a caring, respectful nature and want to build meaningful relationships with clients.
* Are reliable and can commit to evening shifts.
* Can work every other weekend.
* Are independent but know when to ask for support.
* Live within a reasonable distance of Pewsey, SN9.

Location:
We cover areas including Pewsey, Devizes, Marlborough, Andover, Amesbury, Tidworth, and surrounding villages. Access to a car is required to ensure you can reach clients across our area.
Please note, we do not currently hold a sponsorship license.
This role is UK based and the right to work in the UK will need to be established as part of the recruitment process.
Due to rural location of our clients a Valid UK Driving Licence is needed: With access to a vehicle for work purposes.
