The post holder will be based within the Hub of the CYPS Team, dealing with incoming referrals. You will part of a small team within the hub. The service has a new developing Neuro Pathway which is starting in September, which you will be involved in. The Ideal Candidate Should have experience of working with Microsoft packages and electronic record systems have experience of diary management have excellent typing skills have excellent customer care and communication skills a good working knowledge of office procedures This post is full-time post Monday to Friday. 37.5 hours per week and is office based. The post holder will work together with the wider Clinical Team and Senior Clinicians, as well as the extended Admin Team. The post holder must have experience of general office duties such as, filing and scanning, Rio experience would be an advantage but not essential as training will be given. The post holder will carry out duties assigned to them to ensure a comprehensive, high quality administration service. The post holder must be confident dealing with service users, internal and external services both face to face and via telephone contact. Working with members of the administration team, who are not based on the same site, you will be expected to provide cover during periods of absence. The ideal candidate should demonstrate the ability to deal with exposure to highly distressing or emotional circumstances and will be expected to participate on all relevant training courses appropriate to the role. You should hold the required level of qualifications outlined in the Essential Criteria of the Personal Specification in the job description.
