Stockdales is a charity based in Sale, just south of Manchester City Centre, with a wealth of experience in making a difference to children, young people and adults with learning disabilities.
Due to continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Recruitment Coordinator – someone to provide recruitment support to the team by attracting, interviewing and processing new candidates to work across the service. If you have exceptional communication and organisational skills, experience working in a recruitment role, and share our passion for recruiting top talent, we would love to hear from you!
About the role
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you can look forward to a varied role where no two days are the same! Your day-to-day duties will include:
1. Daily use of our ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
2. Conducting interviews
3. Designing recruitment adverts
4. Taking calls from a range of individuals in an efficient and professional manner
5. Attending meetings and performing general office duties such as updating paperwork and scanning and filing
6. Attending job fairs and other external recruitment events
7. Distributing recruitment materials locally
You will be responsible for managing relationships with recruitment companies, sourcing new potential companies to work with, and developing new sources of candidates. Occasionally, you may be asked to give presentations on Stockdales and recruitment, therefore strong presentation skills would be highly beneficial.
About you
We would like you to be a recruitment and onboarding expert who is comfortable conducting interviews. With strong interpersonal and administration skills, you will thrive in a busy environment and be able to prioritise a heavy workload and multi-task. IT literate with great problem-solving skills, you will be reliable and driven, providing solutions in a calm and methodical manner.
You must hold a driving licence and have access to transport.
