HR Administrator Permanent, Part-Time (20 hours - 8am-12pm Monday-Friday) Nottingham £14,560 Introduction to the Company This is an exciting opportunity to be a key part of the HR team, providing a pivotal service. Working within a very small team means there is opportunity for development in every opportunity. The HR team champions continuous improvement and proactivity in all activities. Description of the role: Providing administrative support to the HR Team. Being first point of contact and triage of initial enquiries. Maintaining and updating HR information systems with employee changes, new starters and leavers. Liaising with payroll to ensure amendments are recorded and processed. Recording all absences and updating personnel files. Supporting the HR Advisor on recruitment campaigns, prepare adverts and interview documents. Supporting the HR Team to communicate new regulations and guidance. About you: CIPD Level 3 or equivalent. Experience of working within HR or recruitment administration. Knowledge of HR and right to work compliance. Ability to work collaboratively within a small team. Employment law knowledge.
