Role
Working as part of an L500-ranked team, the successful applicant will support the established and growing Private Client team to service a dynamic caseload of clients. Variety of work creates a refreshing role where the Solicitor takes ownership of clients to provide a range of advice on asset protection, tax and executry administration.
Your main duties will include:
* Examining assets that are part of the estate and collecting relevant details
* Ensuring you comply with GDPR guidelines
* Drafting applications for Confirmation and handling Inheritance Tax documentation
* Managing correspondence and communication with HM Revenue and Customs
* Compiling executry accounts
* Preparing additional necessary documents, such as Deeds of Variation
Clients and cases are varied, meaning the role will provide the successful candidate with unrivalled practical experience.
