\nWe are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Assistant to support the daily financial operations of the business. This role involves managing financial transactions, assisting with payroll and purchasing, and ensuring accurate record-keeping - the ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.

\nKey Responsibilities:

\n\t
* Processing and matching supplier invoices
\n\t
* Preparing and executing payment runs
\n\t
* Investigating and resolving invoice discrepancies
\n\t
* Posting transport-related invoices
\n\t
* Creating and managing purchase orders
\n\t
* Setting up new supplier accounts and monitoring overdue payments
\n\t
* Reconciling transport statements and managing proof of delivery records
\n\t
* Payroll admin duties
\n\t
* Monitoring and recording daily banking transactions
\n\t
* Posting cash book entries and reconciling bank statements
\n\t
* Managing petty cash transactions and ensuring accurate records
\n\t
* Processing expense claims and company credit card statements
\n\t
* Assisting with month-end accounts preparation
\n\t
* Supporting year-end data collation and audits
\n
