We are pleased to offer an internal opportunity for the role of Production Technician - Detailing. This position plays a crucial role in our manufacturing operations, with a focus on maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency in the detailing process. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, a proactive problem-solving attitude, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
* Assemble components and sub-assemblies according to engineering drawings and specifications.
* Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with established standards.
* Maintain and troubleshoot assembly equipment to ensure optimal performance.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and resolve any issues that arise.
* Adhere to safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment.
* Document and report any discrepancies or defects in the assembly process.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience in a production or assembly role, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
* Strong understanding of mechanical assembly processes and technical drawings.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Proficiency in using hand tools and assembly equipment.
* Commitment to maintaining a high standard of work and adhering to safety regulations.
