Let us introduce the role:
AWE are looking for a Programme Manager to work within FMC. As a Programme Manager, you will deliver a programme of work or a highly complex major project to time, cost and quality, compliant with AWE processes.
In this role you will be involved in:
* Delivering a programme of work or a highly complex major project to time, cost and quality, compliant with AWE processes.
* Leading one or more business functions by defining strategic goals and operational plans. Leading, coaching, and developing leaders while holding them to account and influencing across and outside the company.
* Managing across pillar programmes and/or projects with a focus on governance (compliance and reporting).
* Management of multiple resources across the pillar (people, money).
* Directing the planning of the project/programme or function.
* Planning work across the pillar as defined in the project/programme Work Authorisation Document (WAD).
* Directing and initiating change against the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB).
* Directing, initiating, and performing risk and opportunity identification and subsequent actions.
Whilst not to be considered a tick list, we'd like you to have experience in some of the following:
* Building and maintaining effective stakeholder management.
* Reading, analysing, and interpreting charts, spreadsheets, schedules, and (in some business areas) technical drawings.
* Clear and concise communication approach both oral and written, at multiple levels. Compiling and presenting presentations to peers and Senior Managers.
* Managing resources effectively (people, budget, equipment).
* Evidence of successfully leading cross-functional teams in a complex project environment.
* Evidence of delivery of a programme or complex projects.
* Evidence of motivating and managing in a highly regulated environment.
