Ensure that all employees receive adequate training in methods and procedures to be followed in the use of materials and equipment.
Ensure compliance with all health & safety, COSHH and where applicable food safety regulations at all times.
Take part in the monitoring of quality standards.
Train staff in the methodology of the monitoring regime in liaison with the Monitoring Manager.
Assist in the induction of new staff in liaison with the Training Manager.
Assist Training Manager in the delivery of departmental and company training.
Ensure staff training records are updated when you have completed any on-the-job training and all documentation is filed appropriately.
Liaise with the Domestic Payroll Supervisor in respect of keeping training records up to date for starters and leavers.
