Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and maintenance services for our products, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong understanding of engineering principles. Based in Ivybridge and predominantly covering Devon, Cornwall, Somerset & Dorset; however, working further afield may be required dependent on the needs of the business.
Duties:
* Carry out routine planned maintenance on HPC compressors and ancillary products.
* Installation of compressors, dryers, pipework, and ancillary products (oil water separators/filters/dryers).
* Attend equipment breakdowns, diagnose faults, identify parts required, and repair to the customer’s satisfaction as quickly and efficiently as possible.
* Carry out the installation, repair, and servicing of specialist nitrogen and oxygen generators across the full company geographic area.
* Carry out servicing, repairs, and fault diagnosis of specialist Non-HPC compressed air equipment across the full company geographic area.
* Join the on-call Rota system.

Sufficient for the task at hand and approved by management. To include but not limited to:

* Infinity
* Hi-Line
* Health & Safety

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £35,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
