HRIS Analyst
Hybrid - Solihull Office
Full Time, Fixed Term 12 months
Salary - £33,000- £45,000 dependent on experience
Here at Serco, we’re looking for a HRIS Analyst to join the team. As an HRIS Analyst you will monitor system performance and manage issues to resolution, lead on system maintenance activities and resolve day to day system queries raised by customers and colleagues. This is a key role that ensures the smooth running of the system and effective HR processes.
As part of this you will:
* Manage system performance issues
* Identify processes that need improvement, outline appropriate solutions and manage implementation end to end
* Manage Docusign
* Hold responsibility for project support to HRIS Change to implement system changes/ new solutions, followed by managing changes into business as usual
* Manage system maintenance during system upgrades and patches. Collaborate with developers to coordinate the entire system maintenance process and document its overall results
* Managing middleware performance and changes
* Create the appropriate user documentation and procedures to support new implementations and changes, also assist in training on the updated functionality
* Leading on annual maintenance activities i.e. system patching.
What you’ll need to do the role:
* Experience using SAP HCM (minimum 3 years)
* A track record of managing multiple downstream systems, interfaces, annual upgrade/ patching activities
* Exposure to managing middleware (ideally Dell Boomi)
* Knowledge of implementing change/ new solutions to support the employee life cycle
* Experience with people data (HR & payroll)
* HR legislation knowledge
* Experience using reporting tools such as Ad Hoc query, Spinifex
* Excellent communication skills
* Good working knowledge of Excel
* Ideally you will be working as a HRIS Analyst or similar within an HR Shared Service environment with an understanding of organisation and people data (HR & Payroll)
