Location: MUST be based within the South-West. Candidate can choose one of the following locations as their base of operations with regular travel expected across the region Devon, Torquay, Somerset or Bridgwater

Pay Rate to Intermediary: Market Rate

Spinwell is recruiting for an Area Property Operations Manager for an excellent opportunity within the public sector.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE AREA PROPERTY OPERATIONS MANAGER

Responsible for the management of the facility, including security, maintenance, and other services.

Ensure that the needs of the organisation, employees and visitors are met.

Monitor and report on internal performance against safety, costs, and quality.

Identify deviations and implement remedial actions as appropriate.

Manage the preparation, approval and issue of technical specifications and safety documentation through review
