Fundraising Manager
Hours: Full time 37.5 hrs per week
Salary: up to £35,000 (depending on experience)
Rossendale Hospice is seeking a new Fundraising Manager to ensure our fundraising is responsive to our community and positions Rossendale Hospice as an organisation with a brand it is known and loved for. You will inspire creativity in others by demonstrating our visions and values through all you do, ensuring we can utilise these to effectively engage supporters and translate that engagement into income.
You will focus on the leadership of our fundraising plans. This means writing fundraising propositions, Trust applications, and developing creative and innovative fundraising initiatives and approaches that will ensure our plans deliver our targets.
Through your understanding of fundraising strategy and your ability to develop compelling creative propositions, you’ll set the direction for our Fundraising Team. You will manage the Fundraising Team and work closely with colleagues across the Hospice to deliver campaigns and initiatives that drive our fundraising success.
