As a Senior (Product) Content Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping clear, effective, and engaging content strategies across key products. Working closely with user researchers, service designers, and cross-functional teams, you will deliver high-quality content solutions that are integral to the user experience from concept through to implementation. This role requires a strong ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical requirements to create content that drives both engagement and usability. Develop End-to-End Content Solutions : Lead the content design process from discovery to delivery, crafting user-friendly, accessible, and consistent content for digital experiences that solve complex communication challenges. Collaborate with User Researchers and Service Designers : Work closely with user researchers to inform content strategy with data-driven insights, and partner with service designers to ensure coherence across all touchpoints—digital and non-digital. Engage with Cross-Functional Teams : Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Engineers to ensure content aligns with user needs, technical capabilities, and business goals. Mentor and Support Content Design Team Members : Offer guidance to junior content designers, providing feedback and supporting the development of their skills. Contribute to Content Strategy : Help shape content direction, aligning it with product strategy and business objectives to ensure a cohesive experience across products. Maintain and Evolve Content Guidelines : Implement and expand content guidelines to support consistency, tone of voice, and scalability across products and platforms. Strong Experience in Content Design : A proven track record of delivering complex content projects across multiple platforms, with a deep understanding of content strategy, UX writing, and information architecture. User-Centred Mindset : Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical requirements to create content that drives engagement, accessibility, and usability. Exceptional Communication Skills : Clear and compelling writing skills with an ability to adapt tone of voice based on audience and product requirements. Data-Driven Decision Making : Experience using research insights, user testing feedback, and analytics to inform and iterate on content strategies effectively. Expertise in Content Accessibility : Knowledge of accessibility best practices to ensure all content is inclusive and usable for diverse audiences. Proficiency in Content Design Tools : Familiarity with content and design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Miro, or others relevant to wireframing, prototyping, and collaborating on content.
