Job Title: Senior Building Surveyor
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000
Location: Manchester
My client is looking for a Senior Building Surveyor with 5+ years' experience to join their Building Design practice in Manchester. The individual will be responsible for the delivery of multi-disciplinary projects from concept through to construction, on their expanding across their local and central government, education, residential and commercial projects.
Responsibilities for the Senior Building Surveyor
* Working on various projects across different sectors providing a range of building surveying services.
* Manage client relationships and ensure quality service delivery on a project-by-project basis.
* Oversee the tendering process, from inviting tenders to conducting analysis and preparing detailed tender reports.
* Manage the entire project lifecycle, from creating specifications to preparing schedules of work, demonstrating a holistic and methodical approach.
Requirements for the Senior Building Surveyor
* BSc (Hon's) Building Surveying RICS Accredited degree.
* Must be MRICS accredited.
* Ability to demonstrate good all-round building surveying experience.
* Keeping abreast of industry issues and developments in best practice.
* Experience within the public sector would be advantageous but not essential.
