This role offers hands-on experience and the chance to learn about procurement while contributing to a successful, fast-growing business. What You'll Do: Assist in Procurement: Support the buying team by sourcing and ordering products, ensuring stock levels meet demand while keeping costs down. Build Supplier Relationships: Work with suppliers to negotiate terms, manage orders, and ensure timely deliveries. Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, product availability, and pricing changes to help the team make informed purchasing decisions. Learn Purchasing Processes: Understand procurement systems, contract management, and how to evaluate supplier performance. Data Management: Keep accurate records of purchases, deliveries, and stock levels to help operations run smoothly. About You: Detail-Oriented & Organized: You pay close attention to detail and can handle multiple tasks effectively. Eager to Learn: You’re excited about gaining knowledge and developing skills in procurement. Great Communication Skills: You can build positive relationships with team members and suppliers. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office and willing to learn procurement software. Problem Solver: You can think on your feet and help resolve supply chain issues quickly.
