Salary: £48,000 Per Annum (+ Car + Comm)
About the Role:
You will be responsible for further developing the database and selling your services to businesses within your designated geographical area while achieving both activity and financial targets set.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage the recruitment database.
2. Sell recruitment services to businesses in your area.
3. Achieve activity and financial targets.
Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate an excellent track record within a Recruitment Industry environment. You should possess strong communication, empathy, sales and negotiation skills, planning ability, time management, and professionalism.
