Client Review Administrator – IFA Firm
Salary: £24,000 - £28,000
Location: Leicester Area

NJR Recruitment are currently working alongside a well-established firm of Independent Financial Advisers who have had year-on-year growth. As a result of this continued growth, they have an exciting opportunity for an additional Administrator to join their Client Review Team. This is a full-time office-based role. The successful Candidate will be responsible for providing long-term administration support to the Financial Planners with an emphasis on client review.
Duties of the Client Review Team Administrator:
1. Make client appointments
2. Produce valuations
3. Prepare cash flow modelling (information gathering and understanding)
4. Prepare portfolio comparison analytics
5. Action fund switches
6. Carry out attitude to risk questionnaires
7. Prepare new and existing client appointment packs
8. Adviser diary management
9. Regular engagement with clients and providers via telephone, email and letter
10. Produce no action and fund switch suitability letters
11. Maintain clear and compliant records
12. General admin duties, scanning, photocopying, etc.
13. Carry out other related duties when required
14. Attend departmental meetings and training
Experience and Skills Required:
1. Has worked in the financial services industry for a minimum of 1 year and thrives in a fast-paced and accurate data input environment.
2. An understanding of regulations/compliance would be advantageous.
3. A working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook with the ability to get to grips with, what might be an unfamiliar software package, e.g., our back-office system (Xplan).
4. Excellent customer-facing interactions, good administration skills/phone manner, and IT skills.
5. Be an integral part of the team – a good communicator, willing to input new ideas and suggestions to improve process.
6. Flexible in their approach to work and processes. The right candidate should be able to adapt/evolve as working practices change.
This is a full-time position, 37.5 hours per week, 9am-5pm, (30 minutes unpaid lunch break).
