Coordinator - 12 Month Maternity Contract

Working hours: 9am - 5.30pm (fully office based)

Responsibilities:
* Manage relationships with key service providers for UK depots
* Engage with finance functions to promote energy and facilities best practises
* Conduct monthly review meetings with suppliers to address queries and projects
* Clarify company policies and provide cost details
* Resolve issues efficiently and promptly
* Analyse charges and supplier rates to ensure accuracy
* Prepare detailed reports for senior management on incidents and costs
* Recommend supplier contracts while articulating benefits and risks
* Maintain data for trend analysis to mitigate costs across Fleet, Waste, Electricity, Gas, and Water
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
* Experience working at a coordinator level
* Strong communication skills, able to engage confidently at all levels
* Ability to advise senior managers on pricing and service quality
* Proficient in PC skills
* Excellent numerical and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* Focused on delivering first-class customer service
* Natural problem solver with excellent attention to detail
