About the role:
We have a great opportunity for an individual to join our HR team here in Birmingham as a Senior PA & Team Coordinator. This role is a 12-month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave.
In this role, you will work as an executive-level personal assistant to the HR Director, ensuring top-tier client service and efficiency with all stakeholders.
Your duties will include supporting the HR leadership team (HRLT) by providing operational assistance for key strategic projects to ensure their efficient delivery. Additionally, you will offer comprehensive operational support to the HR Director.
About you:
We are seeking an experienced executive-level personal assistant who thrives in a demanding, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will exhibit the highest levels of integrity, professionalism, diplomacy, and discretion, especially when handling highly confidential information.
In this role, you will manage varying priorities and duties, requiring you to remain composed under pressure, exercise excellent judgment, and demonstrate self-sufficiency, independent thinking, and resourcefulness. You must efficiently handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
You will support key project deliveries, showing curiosity in exploring new technologies and techniques to enhance efficiency and client service. Proficiency in IT skills, including drafting reports and creating presentations using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is essential.
Additionally, you must possess exceptional client service skills, including effective communication in person, over the phone, and through email and voicemail.
