Main Responsibilities
* Manage site services and a multi-disciplinary team to meet operational goals
* Ensure facilities meet contractual requirements and customer needs
* Lead and support your team, responsible for (but not limited to) managing performance, attendance, behaviour, capability, welfare, health and safety and record keeping.
* Ensure all site resources and staff comply with Training Estate Support Contract (TESC) standards
* Management of local reactive and preventative maintenance ensuring performance measures are met.
* Ability to implement change and utilise technological innovations
* Oversee hard and soft facilities management, ensuring smooth operations
* Have up to date knowledge and implement health and safety regulations, including COSHH and IOSH Managing Safely.
* Conduct inspections and maintain compliance with industry standards
The Ideal Candidate
* Holds a Level 4 qualification (NVQ/HND) in Business or People Management or equivalent, with proven leadership experience
* Excellent people management and team leadership skills
* Understanding of managing budgets and resources effectively
* Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, including COSHH and risk assessment
* Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
* A valid UK driving licence is essential as travel will be required
