An opportunity has arisen for a part time keen hardworking receptionist at Townlands Memorial Hospital.
The post holder will be responsible for delivering an effective and efficient support service to the Outpatients department, to assist in the provision of quality patient care. This will include welcoming patients and being the first point of contact for patients attending the hospital. The role will involve checking the patient in, booking appointments and answering the telephone. To communicate effectively with the multi-disciplinary team and the public, promoting good working relationships supporting in the day to day running of Outpatients.
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and be willing to multi-task under challenging and busy conditions. You will be required to work individually and also within a team.
