The Role: As a Relationship Development Executive you will play a vital role in partnering with marketing and sales to execute a robust lead generation program. This will involve the qualification and routing of campaign & event leads, as well as collaboration with the sales team to proactively identify opportunities and gather intelligence. In order to succeed, a good balance of tenacious outbound communication efforts, alongside a consultative, customer-centric sales approach will be necessary. The right candidate will be a collaborative and energetic individual that can contribute to the sales and marketing teams, work in a dynamic environment, deliver messaging and work proactively to drive overall sales performance. Responsibilities: As our Relationship Development Executive, you will be responsible for: Develop opportunities for the sales team from prospecting and conversion of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs). Nurture and develop opportunities through a consultative sales approach utilizing numerous communication methods. Ensure that you consistently achieve against KPIs to support revenue targets for all areas of the business. Work with the Relationship Development Manager to develop, refine and document an effective prospecting approach, including onboarding material and guidance. Accurately track all relevant qualification and lead management activity in the CRM & Prospecting Systems for the purposes of effective collaboration with sales teams and lead generation sources alike. Develop a strong understanding of the product portfolio to effectively communicate the value proposition and be able to react to objections and competitive questions. Effectively research accounts to identify key decision makers, generate interest and develop prospects to stimulate opportunities. Work collaboratively with sales teams to provide qualified opportunities to the Sales Consultants, to ensure the smoothest possible experience for the prospect. Requirements: To be successful in your application to be an Relationship Development Executive, you will be/have: 2 to 5 years of experience in a Sales or SDR type role. Experience with a variety of prospecting systems & tools. A proven track record of operating in highly cross-functional initiatives, hitting Objective and Key Results (OKRs), and succeeding in a complex and fast-moving environment Experience in Education and/or B2B and enterprise software with high growth Strong analytical skills with proficiency and experience in tracking and reporting Belief in data-driven sales and systems thinking. Experience in working within a broad sales tech stack is preferable (e.g. CRM, Sequencing) Salary & Location: This is role is based in our London office on Hybrid basis.
