We have a rare opportunity for a strong administrator to join our clients team based in St James, Northampton. This role is working in an office environment but based close to the warehouse function. If you're passionate about being organised, have strong admin skills and like working in a small friendly team then this role could be perfect for you Role Details: Start Date: From the 2nd January (ideally) Type: Temp-Perm Working Hours: Monday - Friday Working Times: 06:00 - 15:00 or 07:00 - 16:00 (it will be either of these working hours) Starting Salary details: £13.00 p/hr equivalent to £28,730 per annum (weekly paid whilst with the agency) Role Insight: Raising of purchase orders Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence Data entry and database maintenance Filing and archiving Creating and managing documents and spreadsheets Compiling reports both weekly and monthly Raising of purchase orders Raising of drivers delivery and run sheets About you: Ideally you will have similar experience within a warehouse admin role Proficient in Microsoft such as; Outlook, Work and Excel Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Please click apply with your updated CV.
