HR Administrator – Join a Fast-Paced, Supportive Team
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented HR Administrator to join their HR Services team, providing essential support to employees and managers across multiple business areas. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and customer service are key.
This role will be an initial 6-month fixed term contract (FTC), with vision for successful candidates to transition into permanent members of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact for HR queries and administration
* Manage new starter processes, including contracts and onboarding
* Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies
* Collaborate with Payroll and Benefits teams to ensure seamless operations
* Support HR system improvements and key lifecycle processes
Skills & Experience:
* Strong administration skills with high attention to detail
* Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently under pressure
* A collaborative approach and customer-focused mindset
* Experience with HR systems (Workday experience is a strong asset)

This is a hybrid role; the client is seeking candidates who are happy to come into their north of England office 3 times per week.
