Food and Beverage Duty Manager - Hertfordshire
Located near St Albans within an hour's commute from London, the property is set in acres of beautiful, landscaped gardens and is the perfect venue for corporate conferences, weddings, retreats, public events, and private functions.
Food and Beverage Duty Manager opportunity
As Food and Beverage Duty Manager, you'll oversee and be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations of the department. You will also work with the management team to ensure excellent training and standards are maintained at all times.

Responsibilities
1. Deliver world-class dining to all clients - creating 'wow' moments for all guests.
2. Provide constant training to team members based on their training requirements.
3. Motivate and engage with the team.
4. Lead team briefings in a clear and timely manner.
5. Responsible for closing down and cashing up on duty and processing customer credit charges in liaison with other relevant departments.
6. 'Hands-on' management.
7. Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene practices and procedures are followed correctly.
8. Manage the staff rota and the team's annualised hours, ensuring staffing levels match business needs (understand staff budgets).
9. Liaise with clients and guests to meet and exceed their expectations.
