Robertson Bell are excited to partner with a brilliant charitable organisation to recruit a Finance Officer – Income on a ten-month fixed term contract. In this role, you will be leading a variety of duties including managing all of the charity's income streams and managing a number of different internal stakeholders.
In this Finance Officer - Income role, you will:
* Take full ownership of all income-related duties, managing streams of money coming into the organisation.
* Manage donations, grants, and dividends, ensuring to identify the different types correctly. Maintain detailed records and spreadsheets to ensure that all income is properly coded.
* Liaise with the fundraising and volunteering team to discuss financial information.
* Work alongside the Finance Manager to provide regular updates on the status of income processing.

The ideal candidate will have:
* Strong experience in dealing with income transactions, ideally within a charity or not-for-profit organisation.
* Excellent communication skills, being able to liaise effectively with numerous non-finance-based teams within the organisation.
* Experience in managing donations and grants within a not-for-profit sphere.
* A calm demeanour, being able to work well under pressure.
