Responsibilities
1. Learn how to prepare a System Design for BS 5839 (Fire Alarm and EVC) and BS 8629 (Evacuation) Systems.
2. Visit sites and carry out surveys or condition reports.
3. Complete and submit surveys and small works quotations.
4. Support regional sales or design teams with specific enquiries.
5. Develop sales skills, understanding sales engineer requirements and techniques used by successful sales teams.
6. Produce Technical Submissions.
7. Create project-specific quotation write-ups with supporting information such as schematics, tender deliverables, qualitative and contractual information.
8. Prepare and deliver PowerPoint presentations related to bids.

Qualifications
* Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a suitable academic qualification (Essential)
Experience
* Experience in the Fire, Life Safety, and Security Sector (Desirable)
* Construction Industry experience (Essential)
* Knowledge of Fire Alarm, Life Safety, and Security Systems (Desirable)
* Knowledge of relevant British Standards such as BS 5839, BS 5266, BS 8629, LPS1014 (Desirable)
