Job description Full Time Position – £27,000 per annum Shifts are between 6.00am and 10.30pm Your role in our family: As a Lead Concierge - You're responsible to oversee the day-to-day operation of the Spa concierge team. Regularly update and monitor the booking and appointment system to ensure maximum productivity. To provide our guests with first class hospitality, providing advice and guidance on treatments, retail products and fitness classes; making bookings and supporting the Spa Therapists in providing a truly luxurious experience. To build a good rapport with all guests and resolve any complaints/issues quickly maintaining a high level of customer service. To undertake general office duties, including correspondence, emails, filing and answering the phone to ensure the smooth running of the reception areas So much more What would make you the perfect fit?
