Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging English lessons across key stages, tailored to meet the needs of SEN students. Take on Form Tutor duties, supporting students with daily check-ins, progress monitoring, and liaising with parents. Foster an inclusive and positive classroom environment that encourages participation and supports personal development. Collaborate with the SENCO and support staff to implement strategies for student success. Promote positive behaviour and wellbeing within the school community. What We're Looking For: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching English, preferably in a secondary school or SEN setting. Experience with students with SEMH or special educational needs is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
