We are seeking a motivated and creative Building Innovation Designer to work on the development of cutting-edge construction solutions.

In this role, you will be instrumental in designing innovative architectural systems, producing detailed technical drawings, and collaborating with other designers and construction firms to bring projects to life. Location: Dover, Kent,
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
* Develop innovative building designs and solutions using cutting-edge materials.
* Collaborate with architects and construction firms on large-scale building projects.
* Produce precise technical drawings and project documentation.
* Ensure designs comply with UK Building and Planning Regulations and technical standards.
Key Skills and Attributes:
* Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and SketchUp.
* Attention to Detail: Ability to create precise technical drawings.
* Communication Skills: Strong written and spoken English with excellent presentation skills.
* Mathematical Aptitude: Confident in applying math to technical designs.
* Regulatory Knowledge: Some understanding of UK Building and Planning Regulations is a plus.
* Team Player: Confident, outgoing, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.

Due to the rural location of the workplace, candidates must have access to reliable transport as there is no public transport available to the area.
