My client is a Legal 500-ranked full-service firm, recognised in the Southeast for their highly regarded Banking & Finance department, who more than hold their own against larger regional and City practices. The team are now seeking a banking solicitor for their established and dynamic group. They boast a range of high-profile clients in a variety of sectors both in the UK and internationally.
Your work will encompass a range of business sectors and clients, including anything from SMEs to major financial institutions, as you assist the team in advising on legal issues at every stage of the business lifecycle. Matters can include anything from corporate, acquisition finance and real estate finance transactions and others, with the work and agile setup of the team enabling you to collaborate closely with partners, involving yourself with interesting and complex cases from the beginning.
